Ambassadors
The Chamber Ambassadors are key in recruiting new chamber members and mentoring them to ensure they are making the most of their Chamber membership. They function as the hospitality arm of the Chamber, helping members feel welcomed, connected, and informed. The Ambassadors meet on the third Thursday of each month, at 11am, for business visits, and then from 12-1pm for their monthly meeting and lunch. They play a key role in planning the Annual Golf Outing and choosing our theme for Annual July 4th Parade and Annual Lighted Holiday Events. Ambassadors also attend the Ribbon Cuttings, Business After Hours, Ground Breakings, Open Houses, and other community events. To join the Ambassadors there is a simple application to complete and a yearly fee to cover lunch costs. This is a great way to introduce employees to the Chamber and start molding their leadership skills. It also can be an introduction to building important business relationships as they will meet and chat with many local businesses.
