New Teacher Welcome Luncheon

Join us for the 2024 "New Teachers Luncheon" on Wednesday, August 14th from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The Greater Newton Area Chamber of Commerce hosts our "New Teachers Luncheon" every year to welcome new school teachers to the Newton Community. Our partnership with the Newton School District is one that we like to celebrate. The luncheon is a great opportunity for our local businesses to introduce themselves to the new teachers, and with their sponsorships they are also able to speak during the luncheon as well as leave some branded merchandise for each educator. We also have time for some fun networking and, of course, a great lunch! The Newton Chamber appreciates our amazing educators and this event gives us the opportunity to thank them and show them all of the great amenities in our community as well as introduce them to a handful of the great business owners in our community. Deadline to register is Friday, August 9th by 3pm!

We won't know the number of new teachers entering the school district until later. We will send out the total number of teachers in an email to our members. If you plan to bring items for the goodie bags, please drop them off by Friday, August 9th at the Newton Chamber of Commerce office. Our office hours are Monday - Thursday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. We are located at 403 W. 4th St. N. Suite 101.

Registration Deadline: Before August 7th: $50 per guest
