Annual Dinner Award Nomination Forms

These two awards will be presented the night of the Annual Meeting on Saturday, January 18th, 2025. Your nominations will be reviewed by our current board of directors. They will choose the winners based on criteria and quality of the nomination. Winners will be announced at the Annual Meeting. The deadline to submit nominations is December 20.

Nomination forms for our Annual Dinner Award Ceremony are now live!  

We present two awards every year; the "Key Award" and "Community Service" Award during our Annual Dinner. 

Key Award: is determined by an individual's/group exceptional work on a specific community project/event within the last year 

Community Service Award: is given for an individual's long term involvement in community betterment projects through activities such as church, civic, and community service.

Nominations are due no later than December 20th, 2024! Show your appreciation by nominating an outstanding leader.
