Annual Meeting

The Newton Chamber hosts our Annual Meeting and Year in Review Celebration every year for our members. We include a "Year in Review" as well as a look ahead to the next year. You will also enjoy a great networking and awards. The Chamber presents our "Key Award", and our "Community Service Award" as nominated by fellow Chamber members and voted on by our current Board of Directors. We hope you will join us as we celebrate the Chamber of Commerce on January 26th, 2023 at 5 p.m. at The Thunderdome. 

The Newton Chamber "Community Rock Star" Award! We will be presenting two of these distinguished awards; one for a small business (100 or less employees) and one for a large business. The Chamber Spirit Committee chooses 3 nominees in each category and our members vote for one business in each category who deserves this award.

What makes a business a "rock star" business? 

• Longevity in the Community - (They have chosen to remain open in our community for at least 5 years)

• Community Service (Encourages and allows their employees to volunteer during work hours; including community betterment projects, board and committee roles and community events)

• Total Asset To Our Community (Goes out of their way to keep our community thriving, giving dollars and/or their time back to community projects, events, and non-profits)
